This Arizona Corporation was formed August 1, 1988 by Terry and Barbara Wien for the purpose of acquiring an existing employment agency in Tucson, Arizona, DORADO Employment Agency, and establishing a new organization named WIEN and Associates, a specialized personnel recruiting firm.

Since then, the corporation has grown to include additional employment agency and temporary staffing services offices in Nogales, Sierra Vista, and Scottsdale, Arizona.

WIEN, Inc. remains a privately and independently owned and operated company. Its growth and current activities are consistent with the founders’ initial objectives of:

• Providing not only direct hire but also temporary staffing services.
• Maintaining high-quality staffing and placement services for employers and persons seeking employment.
• Establishing multiple offices in southern and central Arizona.
• Targeting the Real Estate, Construction, and Small Business sectors, plus the Nogales, Arizona and Sonora, Mexico port area, for business opportunities.
